INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Design meeting
Discuss with your coworker how to plan the design of the painting with the participants.
Bring some creative materials
Tell participants that the objective is to create this image together. No violent and offensive messages and symbols will be tolerated.
2. Stencil drawing
Start by doing some graffiti art on paper using stencils so the youngsters can learn how to do it..
3. Brainstorming activity
Write their suggestions on a poster, and in the second phase they can choose which idea they like the best.
4. Designing the final artwork
Participants create an image of the space where the final graffiti will be, according to the idea they have chosen in step 3.
Each participant then draws a sketch of it, showing how it should look. They should focus on the color scheme and the details.
Then they present their sketches and comment on each other's images of the final space, with an emphasis on constructive feedback.
Make sure the feedback is not offensive, directed at the product on the paper and not at the person, constructive, and balanced (including positive and negative feedback).
5. Picking the final artwork
Let them choose the best ideas out and make a big poster where they can draw the final version of the artwork.

6. Final artwork
Let them design and cut out the stencils on hard foil (foil for stencils). Then they create the final artwork together.

7. Reflection of the process
Ask them how they felt, what they learned, how satisfied they were with the process and the result.

COMMENTS, TIPS & TRICKS:
Keep in mind:
Each participant should do their design on paper first and then show it to you to talk it over with you.
Put the sprays out right before using them (one at a time so others can't take them and start spraying all over).
One of the workers should always monitor the activity.
